Reminder: You have a 12-hour window from the time of purchase to request an order cancellation.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following flat-rate shipping options:
Standard Shipping (USA, CA): Delivery in 6-9 Business Days.
$7.99 USD for orders under $100.00 USD.
FREE on all orders over $100.00 USD.
International Shipping: Delivery in 7-21 Business Days for a flat rate of $10.99 USD.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier's portal.
mochoshop.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us at support@mochoshop.com within 5 days.
