1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal). You will receive the credit within 5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Order Cancellations

We understand that plans change. You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, the order may have already entered the shipping process, and the standard return policy will apply.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

• Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), mochoshop.com will cover the return shipping costs.
• Change of Mind: For all other returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@mochoshop.com with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.
